The good news is that we have had the best outcome! SN is coming back in the first week of April- no word on if it is new episodes or repeats- and it has been renewed for another season while Reaper has not. This makes me happy for two reasons:
1. Supernatural is getting the attention and respect that is should from the network by renewing it early
2. This allows REaper creator Kevin Smith to go over to HEroes and work on the projects with them that had been put on hold with the strike. Kevin is a brilliant comics fan – Reaper was just too dummed down for the audiences who appreciate the type of fare that it was trying to offer up. Comedy does not have to be stupid. On Heroes he can focus on the super side and not the comedy. Forced comedy is just not funny- ever!

Seriously, Thursday night is “the” night to watch CW. Smallville followed by Supernatural? Awesome! One show about heroes followed by another show about heroes? This so works.

As far as Reaper goes, if nobody has thought that the viewers hadn’t noticed, it is a complete rip-off of Supernatural.

Let’s see–
demon hunters:CHECK
unique ways to catch demons:CHECK
main characters are idiots: NO

And Reaper: catch a demon with a toaster? Really?! No seriously? that supposed to be some ancient technique used by cultures before us? What? You don’t know? It’s a comedic element? What? The writers thought this was a good show? Thought people might enjoy it? Idiots fighting demons? The devil a nice guy?

Could be better, but then again this is CW.

Demon Hunters? Quit copying Supernatural.

Reaper sucks because it is a clone. And now the CW is trying to pass this dribble on to us and cancel the best show to air.

Writer’s strike and you want to stop the Supernatural(even reruns) for this? I hope the writers strike puts and end to Reaper. Seriously, you’ll end Supernatural, but not this load?

You want to give Reaper a chance for a new audience? Get better writers!
But to cancel Supernatural, even its reruns, that is ludicrous.

You know why Reaper doesn’t have an audience? Because it blows! Plain and simple.

And to try and push it on us, for shame!

Smallville followed by Reaper? No! You can’t follow a serious show by a comedy. It is Smallville follwed by Supernatural.

This formula works. Remember when Supernatural first aired and it Thursday and something wonderful happened. The best 2 hours in television. Period.

My advice it to air reruns or air nothing. Do not replace Supernatural.

supernatural is one of the best shows on tv anynight of the week. Getting rid of supernatural would be a lose to cw and to the people.It seems everytime a good one comes on before you know it ,its gone. we will stop watching cw along with alot of our friends if cw gets rid of supernatural. Repear is one we never watch or would watch. Listen to the people,and keep the #one show!!!! SUPERNATURAL!!!!!!

please dont take supernatural away its the only thing I watch on Tv and the actors have worked really hard on it for nearly 3 years now. dont take that away from them. I have seen Jensen’s acting grow in this part and I really am looking forward to 3 more seasons at least so please. I will help you come up with ideas if you need them I have like 10 ideas right now. just dont get rid of my favorite show.

I dotn even watch reaper nor do i care too. I just want my Supernatural..and I believe if you get rid of Sn you will lose a lot of ratings and viewers.
